Hands-on kitchensEvery student gets their own station and tools
Our classes are built around real practice, clear technique and recipes that work in an everyday kitchen.
You spend most of each session at the stove, not watching from a chair.
Up to eight students per class so the chef can guide everyone closely.
Every course comes with a written recipe pack and technique notes.
We cook with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
Each course runs as a series of evening or weekend workshops. Pick a single theme or combine several into a longer programme.

A few words from students who have spent an evening or two with us in the studio.
"I joined the brunch course with no real cooking habit. The chef was patient and now poached eggs aren't scary anymore. The plates we made looked like a café."
"The grill sessions were the highlight of my month. Good group size, clear explanations and we actually got to eat everything together at the end."
"Booked the pastry course as a gift for my sister and joined her. We left with recipes we've already remade twice at home. Friendly, calm atmosphere."
